Before product leaves from our warehouse, customers can cancel their orders. Please get in touch with our customer care team and provide them the details of your order to cancel it. Usually within 7 business days, we'll confirm the cancellation and issue the refund if paid amount through online payment. We will not be able to cancel an order if it has already been shipped. In these circumstances, you have the option to submit a return and initiate a refund or exchange in accordance with our return policy.
