In order to return a product, a customer must consider the following factors:
A customer can apply for a return on or before 3 days after the delivery of the product.
Requests from Defective/Missed_Items/Wrong_items, if found to be genuine, will be accepted and Refund/Replacement will be processed within the 24hrs duration after our executive picks the returned item.
By any chance courier return pick up facility unavailable in your location, our executives may couldn’t reach you to pick the item, so it is your responsibility to return the item yourself through post office/ other courier services. Postage/courier expenses (Max amt Rs 50/-) will be covered by us.
A customer should ensure that the returned item is packed properly to avoid further losses/damages during transportation.
For Refunds, a customer has to provide their bank details. once the return is approved the amt will be get deposited to the bank account directly.
For Replacements, if we don’t have the address in our database, a customer has to provide their address once more.
Return request will be accepted only if the reason quoted is found to be genuine.
